By accessing or using Voxipo ("the Service"), operated by Blitzgo AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Voxipo is an AI voice agent platform that enables businesses to handle phone calls automatically. The platform includes AI-powered call answering, missed-call callbacks, and outbound calling campaigns. Verification via SMS OTP is required before accepting conditional call forwarding.

3. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 and authorized to bind your business.
• You own or have permission for the phone number submitted.

4. Account Registration & Phone Verification

You agree to provide a number you own, complete OTP promptly, keep account info accurate, and not submit third-party numbers without consent.

5. SMS and Communications

By submitting your number you consent to SMS OTP. Message frequency varies, rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out. We will not send marketing SMS.

6. AI Voice Agent Services

You are responsible for agent configuration, compliance with telemarketing laws, and call content. We may record calls for QA as described in Privacy Policy.

7. Conditional Call Forwarding

Callbacks use your SMS-verified business number as the caller ID. We may reject forwarding if fraud is suspected.
